Please note that all reliable sources (imdb, svenskfilmdatabas.se, finna.fi) have this film running at 97 minutes, while the copy on YouTube is 92 and 45 seconds long. The logo that appears on the top right is that of the Arkivet för ljud och bild (ALB), a Swedish government agency founded in 1979 and now called Svensk Mediedatabas. They have 3 copies of this film, of which the first listed actually runs 92 minutes.

Unfortunately, this film never had a formal release even on VHS. The only version available is a recording of an old TV broadcast. There was a 3.2 GB supposedly HD version posted at one point (the link is down now) but based on the preview pics, it was upscaled from the same source. At best it might have been the original from which the smaller version was re-encoded - but even in that case the improvement would be minimal. The source just isn't that good and like Ghost said, you can't make gold out of shit.
I don't think we will ever see a bluray of this film. An HDTV broadcast capture or streaming version is theoretically possible, but as of right now nothing like that exists. Sista leken is one of the films I periodically check for new releases. If I ever hit pay dirt, you can bet I'll be posting it here.
