Currently have 24% and have Seen Complete, but not for over 2 days. I don't expect everyone to be constantly online and on emule like I am, and during that time I am pretty sure I was downloading other Caleyunior files anyway. I can wait.
Here's what I want to know, it also happens to me that when I download some Ghost files the download suddenly slows down or stops completely, I wonder why?
It is possible he goes offline, or his VPN switches Servers. Or maybe you use a VPN and yours does the same. Then your eMule has to find his again. My VPN does that and I do not even notice until later if I happen to look at the current Server, or my internet glitches and forces a new Server connection. (I have everything set to reconnect after interruptions when possible, without user interaction.) Also, eMule has not been updated in 14 years. Some features that might otherwise have been improved and perfected in that time have not been. One thing I know is that an eMule client will arbitrarily Ban certain downloaders if their client is too aggressive in making download requests. I have long suspected this has less to do with deliberate user action and more to do with client/internet difficulty in making and keeping the connections in the first place. As far as I know the only way to UNban someone is to Exit and Restart the eMule client, so I tend to do that at least once a day. That interrupts all my connections uploading and downloading but it "clears the slate" and everyone can come back. The good news is that eMule has missed out on being subjected to AI improvements that generate AI hallucinations, which is a whole other level of trouble.
If you are online and eMuling, it might be worthwhile to check that this file is still active in your Shared folder and that it has the same ed2k link as you posted. Pretty please? Click the ed2k link in your post and your eMule client should display the message in the lower left corner "You already have the file..."
