My VPN does not have a Hungarian server. But it is great that there are movies available for free! Surely someone could get items of interest.

If you want something from the free stuff (until sunday), I can download it maybe but have a slow connection (15/3 mbit/s) so can't upload it until next tuesday (4-5 GB/movie). It's a limited offer because of my slow connection.

If you could snag the 4-5 GB version of this movie, that would be great! Is it among the free stuff?

No, it isn't. There are some free movies because the "Children's day" what pillowbaker mentioned before.

I'm still trying to get the original version of this movie. It would be in the 4-5 GB range most likely, going by Olyan mint otthon (which was captured from the same source). Someone re-encoded the file at a smaller size and posted that - but not the full sized original. I've tried signing up at filmio.hu and created an account, but I can't purchase anything without a Hungarian phone #. None of the sites I've used in the past to receive SMS for verification seem to work well anymore and getting phone numbers in Hungary is usually impossible. What a pain in the ass! Why do they care so much about people outside of their country signing up? It's more money. Just take the money!

Do we have any members from Hungary who could maybe offer some assistance here?

I'm sorry, I assumed this was the same file from before:

since the size is similar - but your rip is different. More true to the playback on the site itself. Indeed the movie is currently free on filmio.hu, if you use a VPN sever in Hungary. Be warned though. It's temperamental. At least it is on my system. Getting it to start playing, or start playing again after you skip a distance ahead, can be challenging.

Thank you very much for posting the alternate download szijjarto. Just out of curiosity, what software did you use to capture the stream? I'm looking for a replacement since redfox flaked out on us and our "lifetime" licenses.

I don't use VPNs since in Hungary nobody really cares how much you download or even upload movies. If I downloaded, for example 100 movies from Filmio and uploaded somewhere, than maybe somebody would care but probably the files would be deleted and game over.

About the software: it special one made by an individual, not commercial and only good for some streaming services and providers in Hungary. I don't think it will work anywhere other than here.

No, the reason I use a VPN is that if I don't, it says "Filmio is not available in your country". The movie literally doesn't play unless I use a VPN server in Hungary - and sometimes I have to connect several times to get an IP address Filmio hasn't flagged. They really don't want outsiders watching (or downloading) movies!

I take it your friend who wrote the software let you have a copy on the condition you don't circulate it. I understand.

Don't suppose you've seen Angyali üdvözlet (1984) streaming anywhere lately? I've never been able to find it. And thanks once again for your contribution to this thread!

There's another version which is of equivalent quality but brighter. I prefer the other version based on my screen but depending on the monitor you're using, the brighter version may look better. The files aren't that big. Grab them both!
