Sorry, but I can not find anything I trust to be actual HD. In torrents, emule, and streaming I see plenty of Standard Definition and DVDrips. (I found a movie called "La Mujer del Puerto" from 1934 in HD but that is not what you are looking for.)

This video for the 1991 movie has a Russian voiceover, hardcoded French subtitles, and claims to be 720p.
I think it is just a SIZE upscale from Standard Definition and does not actually have better video quality.

Thanks Night457 for your help in finding this version of the movie, yes perhaps the size has been increased to 720p, of course, there may be a better version on Latin American sites, but the search does not give anything else
