That depends on whether you have the time / bandwidth for resharing that many episodes either by
emule OR torrent OR direct-download.
I personally would never be able to do that for so many episodes no matter how much I love a series. I know there are dedicated torrenters who DO this because I have downloaded their torrents. For YouTube videos, my selfish attitude is "Watch them on YouTube, or download them yourself if you want them. Nyah!"
2. Is there an easier way that I don't know about to download these?
YES!!!!!
Either yt-dlp (command line program) or jdownloader2 on the playlist URL.

With yd-dlp it is easy to select what quality codecs you prefer but it downloads all the files one at a time in order. I do not know how to make it select or omit individual videos. I can only make it quit partway through.
*(The default download value for these particular videos seems to be H264 480p with Opus audio. I did not look at what the other options are. Learning the commands can be time-consuming... But I use yt-dlp frequently.)

Jdownloader2 has a GUI so you select exactly what files you want and download only those. You need to weed out the NON-video files you do NOT want, such as audio-only portions, JPGs, ASR SRTs, etc... I am pretty sure there is a way to set JD2 to default download certain codecs for YouTube but I have never looked into those Options.

If you are SERIOUSLY interested in either of these options you should Private Message me with questions.
the playlist says 4 videos are unavailable. Not sure if that is a country thing or not, I tried with VPN on and off and got the same results.
I see the same thing with my VPN set to United States. It is absolutely a country thing but I have not tried switching countries. Not only can it be a chore to guess what countries are not restricted, if 4 more episodes appear it would then be a tedious chore to figure out which ones those videos are!

Note: in the time it took me to type this post, yt-dlp has downloaded 8 full videos. Jdownloader2 has just finished loading the list of all files that are AVAILABLE to download, which includes 148 videos. They are not DOWNLOADED, they just show in the GUI as AVAILABLE to download.

Make a note of the episodes that are missing. Some of the torrents on TV Vault may have been from YouTube but before Google removed the videos.

A few suggestions to reduce the learning curve and make it go quicker:
Spoiler:

Use Jdownloader2.
https://jdownloader.org/jdownloader2
Make sure you pay attention to where you choose your JD2 download folder to go so that it has a drive with enough space.
Looking at the Codecs for these videos, they do not particularly look like anything that you would need to picky about.
I see mostly H264 video and AAC audio in MP4s. Therefore downloading with the default JD2 setup should work just fine.

After installation, Copy the URL playlist from your Search bar.
In LinkGrabber tab, click "Add New Links" in the lower left corner.
A popup should ask you to specify downloading the Playlist and not just one video.
Wait a few minutes while all the videos load.
Then on the right side in Views, UNCLICK Audio File, Document File, Image, and Subtitle File.
This will leave only Video File checked and just the videos showing. There should be 148 for the United States.
You can then Right-click on the files you want to start downloading and select Start Downloads from the popup menu.

If you want to do ALL of them and go away for a few hours, CTRL+A while in LinkGrabber to select all of them.
Or you can highlight groups of links to start a smaller group at a time.
You can skip the files you already have downloaded if you pay attention to the video names.
It will only download a maximum number of files at any one time, I think the default is 3 or 5. ???
As files complete downloading, the next files in the Downloads window will start.
You can close JD2 and go back to it later and the links will still be there to Resume!

AFTER YOU ARE ALL DONE DOWNLOADING, you will want to clear out the remaining NOT downloaded files from JD2 so that it is clean for the next time you use JD2. I suggest reviewing and moving your downloaded files to their final destination before deleting any links so you don't delete anything accidentally! In the LinkGrabber tab, Click Audio File, Document File, Image, and Subtitle File again. The links will reappear. CTRL+A then Right-Click and select Delete.

After you have used JD2 a few times you will probably find it VERY VERY USEFUL. Have fun!

I got it working, thanks. It seems fairly straightforward so far, but your guide definitely helped grasp it more quickly. Just wish I'd asked earlier and spared myself a headache. :bigcrowd

This is one of my favorite performances on the show...Jennifer Love Hewitt performing "Knocked Out" by Paula Abdul. It's a great mix of cute and funny as JLH awkwardly dances and makes goofy faces, and the back up dancers are bouncing around like their veins are pumped full of sugar. :icon_1roflmao
