Ok, I figured out how to export my cookies and and import them into jd2, and it accepted my attempts and recognizes my account. However, even with the option for "Higher Bitrate" in the youtube player settings, I do not see a new file show up in my linkgrabber section. I've never had YouTube premium so I don't know how the higher bitrate thing works. There are add-ons in your browser that can download videos from the site. Maybe one of those will display a larger file. The one I posted is indeed the same, because I used JD to grab it from YouTube - all I did was remux the .mp4 in .mkv format. Not only is there no Vimeo version (those tend to be maximum quality) but I couldn't find it anywhere else either.
I made a Youtube Premium trial account because I was curious. I can confirm that (in this case) the "higher bitrate" verison is exactly the same video file like the "normal" 1080p video.
Thanks for your responses, ghost and deadman. I also tried passing my cookies to ytdlp and it only downloaded the 80.4mb version as well.
However, I noticed in ytdlp's --list-format option that there is a higher bitrate 180mb version of the file listed. It is also additionally labeled as "Premium", so perhaps this file does exist. ghost, would you be able to try grabbing it with ytdlp?

It really is the same size file like ghost said. I don't know why yt-dlp says it would be larger.

I was going to post the exact yt-dlp command necessary to download the file yourself, pillowbaker, but I had to look into the full format list first to get the audio codecs. DreamScape already posted how to import cookies for yt-dlp. But strangely I discovered I could download the "Premium" version myself without having a Premium account (as far as I know) and without passing on the cookies. The result was almost exactly the same size just as ghost said. I do not understand why yt-dlp claimed it would be over 180Mb. If they claimed it was the same size then the same size result would make sense!
In order to download the Premium VP9 video (616) with the higher bitrate non-DRC Opus audio (251) I used:

I do not know if yt-dlp always gets around Premium restrictions or if it is just this video. If a logged in Premium account was necessary or if it was an Age-Restricted video, then:

Note: yt-dlp defaulted to calling the audio "English" and I did not change it to "Hebrew". I left the file exactly as it downloaded in a Webm, and I only changed the NAME of the file.

Well, there you have it, everyone. We've had the higher bitrate file all along. I am glad to have finally learned this workaround with cookies and accounts for future video ripping.
