There is new AI model for generating videos. It's called Wan 2.1, it's open source and you even can run it locally on your computer.
Just look how amazing realistic this AI generated video looks! Just mindblowing!

You dont mention the hardware requirements for it, which are huge.
At minumum RTX 5080 / 5090 with at least 16gb VRAM and 64 gb RAM, it still takes too long to generate 720p.
There is a possibility to generate 480p and upscale though.

I only have a RTX 4090 Laptop GPU with 16 GB of VRAM. Generating videos in 480p ist no problem for me and even pretty fast.
