I won't call that "deleted scenes", there must be more raw materials, this is just a trade-off for editing.

As a movie release, it may usually be 2 hours, and as a TV show it can be longer.

Anyway, this extended version does bring more interesting shots.

I've seen many people release a theatrical version and then a more extended version for TV or DVD which is why other films claim to have seen more minutes in the TV broadcast than the theatrical version.

I dare say some of them are just to attract attention and encourage sales in new markets through small differentiation.
Get your second purchase with a few minutes of new content.

But with differences of up to an hour, and when having a lot of material for editing, I tend to think that is a "really" different version because if it were me I would have done that. And this usually happens in exmaple the documentary field.

In any case, it is always better to let people see more materials about favorite movies than leave to rot in some material disks.

I am really pleased that Ekaterina Samuylina has screen time in the film.

Unfortunately there are some films with deleted material on their cover, and I'm not just talking about Hollywood.

These subs in that youtube video appear to be auto-generated on my side. They do not seem to come out very good.

I did see some subs at opensubs:
https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/search/imdbid-6278008

Three options for English, and also German, Spanish, and Russian available. Of course, these all appear to be for the 2h11m movie version.
