This includes family-friendly child adventure stories like "Goonies" or "Spy Kids". OT is also used to refer to nudity or sexual situations in movies. "Pretty Baby" with Brooke Shields fits all usages of the term.
Thank you so much for elaborating!
And since I just joined this wonderful forum, not a single thread is old to me :D

Undeveloped toplessness is still seen as non-sexual as that of a boy and other people think of it as nudity.

Looking at the girl in À Mort Le bikini! (2023) I'd personally say she's started to develop.

But only started. I do think that it would be seen very differently if she was at Billat's level, for example.

The 16-17 year-old actress in Grave/Raw from 2016 was a surprise, though.

I do think sometimes that the movie industry has slightly pulled away from doing sensitive content with underage actress and actor. However with as many movies that are being made now, it is harder to find that oh so good part that we all have come to love and enjoy. If no one talks about that movie or part, we will never hear about it. Lots of undiscovered movies and tv shows to be found with new ones coming out every year. Kids should be able to do almost anything a adult does in a movie. The only exception is Porn. They are not even close to what a movies is being they are unsimulated with NO plot, something i hate to watch. If it is consider a form of art and movie are with playboy, anyone no matter the age should be allowed to do it; so long as they can say they want to act. I think we should always push what can be done and shown in movie. Movie are FAKE after all and a great source of enjoyment to all.
Lets have a old fashion watch party on Discord. We will have fun with a endless supply of beer, weed and movies to watch & talk about!

But Isn't that the exact opposite of what was used to justify (agains the laws/etc) the likes of Eva Ionesco or Katja Bienert being nude?

Pre millennium, when films were made anything made in a film, if you don't see it at the cinema it's not permenant, maybe a crummy VHS copy a year later might appear. A child appearing in a film would not worry about their friends seeing it on their phone or giant TV. Now with the advent of digital, 1080p quality and higher and people knowing that photos and video is a permenant record I imagine film makers and everyone concerned is a just a lot more careful / worried about nudity being seen out of context. Also sites like Mr Skin gathering all the nudity clips of films. People are more careful with shooting this stuff.
