I maybe can't comment on "fanaticism for certain movies" if you see my post history talking about The Secret Garden and Madicken, people can either believe me or not that I watch them because I genuinely enjoy them as films/shows, but I think the focus of my discussion on them speaks for itself.

Anyway, I know this is primarily a sharing site but I do love a deeper discussion on films story, themes, characters. Ive been pretty into Poison for the Fairies. Such an amazing film I'd never known existed without FLM. The only thing that sucks is I don't know if I'll ever meet another living soul that's watched it. Although I have been recommending it to my film loving friends.

Veneno para las hadas It's a great movie, if I didn't comment on your post it's because I didn't like the ending, the blonde girl didn't deserve to die, just like Silvia in Maladolescenza.

It's my opinion about another favourite film of mine, I won't say the name but don't try to guess at the end either, anyone will understand the sarcasm.

Spoiler: my favourite film is that one which is considered CP and they are right but it is since it is a beautiful story and a masterpiece if it wasn't for the fact that there is excessive sexualisation I guess that ruined the film although the actress on the one hand has no negative opinion nor is she ashamed of it as she did in a documentary and later interviews but still there is excessive 'love' between the main characters only if that is put in the background but it's the opposite the hardcore fans like me ruin the film. Without stating the obvious, I think we also have to acknowledge that this site is used by all sorts of people for many different reasons... not just to find movies we remember from our childhood. You can tell just by looking at some profile pictures or reading certain posts. Personally, I’ve never felt uncomfortable talking to anyone here, but I already have a good sense of who I probably shouldn’t engage with if I want to avoid conversations taking a wrong turn. After all, we’re on a forum where everyone (or almost) has a little girl as their profile picture… I don’t think I need to say more. There’s a reason why Maladolescenza and Piccole Labbra are one of the most commented-on topics.

I saw “Innocence” mentioned on the previous page. Whatever people may think of the film, let’s not start assuming the worst about others just because of messages that are perfectly within the rules. Even if sometimes we feel like we can read people’s minds, it’s easy to project intentions onto them that aren’t really there. A lot of the films discussed here have scenes that are more than just suggestive. We all watch these movies for our own personal reasons, and I don’t think there’s any need to start accusing people of having bad motives. If someone behaves inappropriately or crosses the line, the staff knows what to do, and I have complete trust in them.

If you ever feel like talking about obscene things or going on about your fantasies, just don’t. No one cares, at all.

I’m on this forum because, to be honest, I find everything I’m looking for here. The rarest movies, things I can’t find anywhere else, sometimes even months before their official release. I’ve discovered movies I never would have suspected existed just by using IMDb or another site. I'm also here because I love the beauty of the films that revolve around a theme that brings us all together in some way.

Just wanted to make sure I 100% understood, but I agree Innocence is a very lovely movie. I also love Mimi/La bouche de Jean-Pierre by the same director. One of the first movies I found here and bought the physical copy of. And speaking of "didn't deserve that fate" I feel very sad about Alice's fate in that movie. She was my favorite. (and Mimi's fate for that matter...ugh, these poor kids)

I also didn't like the ending of Veneno para las hadas, but I love everything up to that point. I just love Veronica so much. She's such a funny character.
