Sadly you need to wait and hope until they play it again. There is now archive who I known. So FLM is one of the best sources who I ever found.

If you will setup a reminder when a movie can be available, you can try this one: https://www.kino-zeit.de/filmwecker but you need to fill the form for every movie and after 12 Months your Mail-Adress will be deleted. How good this service work, I can't say.
To buy old movies on Disc, you can try this one: https://fernsehjuwelen.de

Other sources can be filmfriend.de from the Library, but you need an account and for that you need an adress in Germany. For searching it's free to use.

Here are some of the German movies I'm looking for and can't find anywhere with the beautiful actress Julia Brendler (very rare TV movies)
She is known for Verbotene Liebe (1990) and Moondance (1994)

The Quiet Girl
First time on public TV is one of my most fav. movies of the past years from the 72. Berlinale.
In order not to be a burden on her parents, 9-year-old Cáit is taken to live with distant relatives in the countryside in the spring of 1981.
Cáit does not know when or if she will return home. Eibhlín looks after Cáit carefully and lovingly, giving her a feeling of security and closeness. Seán, the man of the house, also opens up to the child after initially keeping his distance. In her care, Cáit slowly blossoms and discovers a whole new life. But even in this house, where there could be something like love for her, there is a silence that feeds on the quiet but constant pain of its inhabitants.

Another big favorite movie from my list with wonderfull little Morgana Davies...
Dawn O'Neill (Charlotte Gainsbourg) leads a happy family life on a farm in the Australian outback. When her beloved husband Peter (Aden Young) suffers a heart attack and dies, the young mother suddenly finds herself alone with her four children. Her anger and grief at the stroke of fate are followed by a deep lethargy. Nothing is as it was. Eight-year-old Simone (Morgana Davies) is reassured by the idea that her father's spirit lives on in the huge fig tree that towers over her house like a guardian. In a light breeze, the girl hears her daddy speaking to her through the whispering leaves.

Heidi (2015)
The orphan girl Heidi (Anuk Steffen) is taken by her aunt Dete (Anna Schinz) to live with her grandfather in the Swiss Alps. She no longer has time for the child because she has accepted a job as a maid in Frankfurt am Main. The Almöhi (Bruno Ganz), as the old man is known to everyone, is a shy hermit who lives in seclusion in his mountain hut and keeps goats. He brusquely rejects Dete and refuses to take in his granddaughter. Nevertheless, the aunt says goodbye and leaves Heidi with him. He leaves her outside the hut and she has no choice but to sleep with the goats in the barn for the first night.

Romys Salon
Also a hot tip from me
It tells the story of nine-year-old Romy and her 69-year-old grandmother Stine. Romy lives with her mother Margot in a small town near the German-Dutch border. Her parents have separated. And as Margot works and has little time to look after her daughter, Romy has to visit her grandmother, who runs a hairdressing salon, every day after school. Stine is a rather strict, orderly and controlled woman. Romy doesn't really feel welcome in her home. She's not allowed to touch anything, she's not allowed to help out, she does her time.

Fannys Reise

Mein Lotta Leben 1 & 2
Lotta and Cheyenne try spying on them, sucking up to them and skating together. Nothing helps. When Lotta accidentally runs in front of superstar Marlon's car, they come up with an idea: he should come along to the party - as her ticket.
Berenike is thrilled. Everyone raves about Marlon. But it's not so easy for Lotta to convince him. When she finally succeeds, she is unfortunately also rid of her friend Cheyenne, with whom she got into a fight. And so suddenly there's a lot more at stake than just attending an unusual party. Her friendship!

Got a question for you or any one that might recognize this short film: (Found it on the German streaming site you provided.)

The German title is 'Meine geheimnisvolle Zauberfreundin' which (Google) translated is 'My Magical Friend'. This is NOT the real title of the film as it is a Irish short (15 Min), and you can hear English audio beneath the German audio. I've tried ten ways to Tuesday to track it down to no avail.

The German synopsis translated states:

GERMAN:
(RTE Irland, Buch und Regie: ) Zauberei gibt es nicht und Superkräfte auch nicht. Das weiß Lucy ganz genau. Doch dann trifft sie das Mädchen Zed und auf einmal ist Lucy sich Ihrer Sache nicht mehr ganz so sicher, denn Zed kann Dinge schweben lassen. Aus einem geheimen Regierungslabor sei sie abgehauen und müsse sich nun vor den Beamten verstecken. Ob das stimmt?

English translation:
(RTE Ireland, written and directed by ) There's no such thing as magic, and there are no such things as superpowers. Lucy knows that very well. But then she meets the girl Zed, and suddenly Lucy isn't so sure anymore, because Zed can levitate things. She's said to have escaped from a secret government lab and now has to hide from the officials. Is that true?

I'd like to find the original Irish/English version if at all possible.. Any help would be appreciated.
