The 16-year-old orphan Rose was played by Galatéa Bellugi, born on August 8, 1997. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galat%C3%A9a_Bellugi
She would have been 21 on the January 16, 2019 movie release date.

This poorly written Wikipedia article (confuses he/her genders) https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Une_jeunesse_dor%C3%A9e says she's playing Eva at 13. And given it's her I thought we might have that film? Can we add it? If the character is 16 I think it's relevant. It's also part 2 of a trilogy where the first was Eva's "My Little Princess"

I blame the gender confusion on browser Google-translate of French, rather than poor writing. I am going to assume the French is correct!

I get "Eva Ionesco, then aged thirteen, meets Christian Louboutin (played by Nassim Guizani)"
and
"Rose, the penniless orphaned teenager, fresh out of rehabilitation, and Michel, a painter six years her senior"
and IMDB says
"Rose, a 16-year-old girl who was abandoned by her parents and taken in by social services, and her fiancé, 22-year-old Michel"

So while real-life Eva was 13, the fictional character Rose was 16. The actress playing her was 21 years 5 months on release date, so during filming she was... 20? Most likely? That seems too far beyond the 16-year-old cutoff to me. My vote would be Off Topic. But if you want to make a Request and look for the movie, you are welcome to it.
