So, I know TV Shows should only be REQ'ed or FLM material if Child Actors appears quite frequently throughout the Series I think?

But what about Series (Like Police Procedurals or Medical Dramas for example) where a Child Actor is a main focus of only 1 Episode

I'm pretty sure I've seen individual episodes posted here. So the episode where the child actor is present rather than the complete series. Tatort comes to mind.

Yes, please, we WANT those individual episodes that focus on a child! Post the [REQ] or [REL] as the series title if a new thread is needed and have your post focus only on the child episode(s) you want to post about. Tatort as a whole is not "FLM" but several individual episodes definitely are.
