I do not see any subtitles or option for them. I think you probably have a browser setting enabled (like Google Chrome Live Caption) that allows AI subtitles to play with any streaming video. I think it does translation across languages too.

I have it shut off on my computer, but it could be useful for otherwise unsubtitled videos. I do not know how easy it is to download.
