Don't Touch My Daughter (1991) - made for TV, but the plot sounds interesting...

I have seen Wish Upon A Star and believe me, Danielle Harris is very convincing as Katherine Heigl's little sister even though KH was younger than her. I know this isn't customary but I found the whole movie on Youtube. Thought it might be easier (and save you room on your hard drive) if I just put all the parts into a playlist.
