Yes, I've seen this before. She is very inspiring. But for what it's worth, I think the footage underwent some sort of post editing as well as sped up to make it seem smoother and more impactful.

Anyway I still recommend everyone to watch the video, they do make a great little point and convey it in a lively and interesting way.

I watched it years ago. She had just appeared on TED at the time. Then she started shooting her first movie in the same year. :)
