Yes its a pain.

Movies without 100% sources are not releases!!, so im not sure why some people post messages with REL in the title when they are not actualy complete.

Its like being told you have been released from jail, but you are not actually allowed to leave lol

Obviously im not talking about titles that were complete at the time of posting, but some were never complete to start with.

Understand yer drift but you have to think that a 90% rare release is better then not posting it at all - after all - it could be that somone will come along and post the ful monty

I’m hearing yer billanben.

I would tend to post a REQ for the said film with the incomplete link included, and then change it to REL if and when the link or another link to the film is at 100% or has been seen to be completed recently.
That way no one is disappointed.
