Now that I've spent a few days as a member of this forum, I think I want to add two movies to this thread myself.
They're both "only" short movies, and neither of them shows you the kind of things that you can see in all the other movies posted here, or that these movies themselves might well have shown you if they had been made 20 or 30 years earlier. But IMO they still have their strong points.
The first is
Belinda Beautiful from 2013:

The plot is somewhat gross but still great, and I really like the main character/actress. As you can see, I've made her my avatar for now:

The scene it's centered on is pretty tame compared to scenes from the other movies posted here, but IMO still great. As you can see, I've put the main character/actress into my signature for now:
