Serious el stinko, low budget, horrendously acted [in the clips I've watched]shot on video feature that was probably pretty disappointing as much as it was anticipated.

Still, I haven't had a chance to watch the entire movie and the children ARE featured predominately, so I AM looking forward to enjoying the film despite the heavy odds against it. (Not to mention the heavy subject matter... )

Like 'Lamb' this film seems to have been a passion project for it's director who has a cameo in the wrap-around segments. She also wrote a book with the same title. Probably a novelization of the film as the cover art is the same as the DVD. I haven't gotten it yet, but I plan to.

saroyan, I apologize for not saying this in my initial post; many, many thanks for bringing this movie to our attention. I loved it!!

As bad as some aspects of this film are, it really is bizarrely watchable. It seems the director has more heart than talent and it shines through in this engaging example of bad cinema.

Regardless, it's sad to note the lack of interest in this VERY independent film. I've been unable to get my DreaMule working over the past few months and was only able to share out recently while visiting relatives. I was hoping that some members would be able to get a complete copy of the file during my initial share out. Obviously that didn't happen. Unfortunately I'm still not able to get DreMule working, and my workload is keeping me from taking the time to figure out what's wrong.

kev, everyone has their preferences, but DreaMule is one of the lesser-quality eMule clients and I dropped it as soon as it started trying to 'phone home'. You might want to seriously consider one of the others. Even standard eMule is better than DreaMule IMO.

What, specifically, is wrong? ISP blocking, port forwarding, something else? Maybe we can help.
