According to SC, referencing the scene a little past the 40 minute mark:

In the uncut version, the boy plays with her breasts and possibly more.

So apparently there is an intimate scene that was too explicit for Brazilian TV. Considering there are uncut HDTV rips of Amor Estranho Amor (Love Strange Love) that seems ... strange . Maybe another member has the uncensored version of this film with the scene they're describing fully intact. I've never seen it though.
