I was a bit iffy on wanting to watch this

1) The 2 and a half hour runtime
2) History is really not my strong suit

But I just watched the trailer and it did convince me that I'll check this out

Now that we have English subtitles...

With 4 girls in 4 different time periods, you can watch it one girl at a time on different days like it was a miniseries. That is how I watch long movies nowadays, and in this case it might make more sense to do it that way.
