I did once have a copy of this downloaded from the web, but now I can't seem to find it anywhere. Was first broadcast in Germany in 2010 and seems to have been repeated at various times up until 2021.

Either the original download from TV glitched, perhaps from a satellite signal interruption; or the broadcast was fine and the downloaded file was corrupted as it made its way being copied around the internet. It happens. Unless someone has another recording or it gets broadcast again, nothing can be done about it.
