Yet some foolish costume and uniform designers just can not remember that, and they forget to use it, or they cut it too large.

I always saw the Rio carnival, so colorful, with beautiful dancers. Something that characterized it was its costumes, which left a lot of skin exposed. Well, I never imagined a children's carnival. WTF? You'd better see for yourselves.
