[REQ] Le temps d'un éclair (1998) TV MOVIE
Re: [REQ] Le temps d'un éclair (1998) TV MOVIE
I did some research. But I don't think it's a film for FLM. Because there is no little girl child actor in the movie. Within certain rules, preference is given to films starring girls under the age of 16. There may be some exceptions, of course. For example, the concept we call the OT scene. The meaning of the OT scene... I honestly don't know how to explain it. But I can say that the scenes where girls are bathed are filmed. Maybe someone can explain it better than me.
The part I quoted below was made using the Russian to English Translation Site.

* The film "Le temps dun éclair" begins in the year 2050, when half of humanity has vanished, all humans have disappeared from the face of the earth. For several months, the remaining survivors have been unable to figure out how to use the living picture frames housed in the museum. The remaining museum staff have learned to use the frames for their intended purpose, but the frames themselves don't understand why they can only be used on paper. Scientists can't figure out exactly how the city's management system works, but they don't consider this a major problem. During a large meeting on the disappearance of the population, one of the researchers reports that one of the giant cars, created in 2036, has been stolen from the city, and that the people who will live in it have stolen it. This event causes some confusion among the staff, and the museum management decides that the thieves must be dealt with, but quietly, as this car is cursed, and if the conspiracy of the four cars is exposed, the city will simply be destroyed. The museum director orders his subordinates to identify and neutralize the criminals. To learn about the "juveniles'" cars, scientists create a paper dummy that closely resembles them. The criminals won't be able to escape from everyone, and those who are caught will face serious problems. There's a chance of escape, but what if the "little one" is ready to teleport anywhere at will? At a children's party at the home of the famous singer Eilenby, Duncan, the son of her friend, shows up and really wants to see her concert. Since Duncan likes Eilen, she invites him and his grandmother to the concert, but he declines. Then she tells him about the curse. The next day, Duncan is invited to Eilen's birthday party. Eilen is invited with her friends, but only Dunlan attends the party itself. He decides to gather information about the curse and set out to find Eilen's father (now an adult). Dunlan isn't interested in the concert either; he wants information about the car. With the help of a private detective, he discovers that the machine has no time reference, meaning it can teleport anywhere. The day of a concert arrives, where Dunlan manages to steal a singer's song, and he then goes to the concert. This film tells the story of the famous physicist Tesla and his invention. Aydin is attempting to create a time machine, and to achieve this, he uses a magnetic field.

Unigami, I can not connect to your Russian link but the movie looks fascinating -- and it seems to be different than this one!
This site says the lead character is 20, too old for FLM:

However I do not know if there are younger children with significant roles in it. I looked but did not find any sources.

I looked at the site again. When it worked this time, I thought I'd copy the Russian version into the spoiler.
Spoiler:
Unfortunately, I still haven't found the original English version. Or maybe I'm looking in the wrong places.
