Movie name?

Okay, I didn't know where to post this so I thought general might be the best place..

So I found a movie several months ago on Tubi and since then I can't figure out what it was, I'm pretty sure it's still on Tubi but I can't seem to ever find it while browsing

I was gonna watch it sometime this week (maybe over the weekend)

Here's a few things about the movie -

It's NOT in English
It takes place around or just after World War 2 (I don't think it's a war movie)
It has a little girl and a little boy who I think might be friends?
It also has a dog in the movie (As maybe the boys pet? Not 100% sure)
If I remember correctly, the movie might have been released between 2010 and 2015?

Hmm, could it be Belle et Sébastien 2013? It's mainly the boy and dog, but there was a girl as well. It does however take place in WW2, but this is my best guess

It's either Russian or Germany (I think)

I could be absolute wrong with this next little bit of info but... The dog belongs to the boy I think and the boy needs to move away and isn't allowed dogs so he gives it to the girl?

Unfortunately not

To be honest, I'm not very good when it comes to dogs at all (Not very familiar with knowing dog breeds)
I don't even like dogs irl

I do know that the colour was brown though

I'm still looking online to see if I can find it (I looked for a little while a few hours ago and my search came up unsuccessful)

Okay, and do you remember what genre that movie is? There are quite a few Russian movies featuring dogs.

I completely forgot Justwatch has a feature where you can search through all movies on any streaming service

I just selected Tubi, kids and family and 2010-2015 as the release year and it popped up

(It was called Dog's Paradise)
