I'm someone who can't really keep my pc running 24/7 but I don't really want to turn off my pc without knowing at least someone has my file

Is there like any hints/indicators to know if someone has successfully downloaded my file (I don't know, maybe transfer needs to be 100%?)

I got it complete from someone else (with HighID) who surely must have it from you. I guess your stats should be 100% by now.

24/7 emule and computer time is NOT necessary. You run it when you can. When someone who wants it is online at the same time you are running emule, the download will resume. That is the advantage of peer-to-peer sharing: it can be paused and resumed later without losing anything.

EDIT: wait, I see you transferred 227.05 MB and that is the size of the file! I dunno why it says 86%.
