I have seen that error before. I see the YouTube page in the U.S. and I also see it in JD2.

Like, if i view the free with ads movies.. Every movie in that section is only available in my region

!!!! That is a curious collection of countries thousands of miles apart! The closest I could get is a Cyprus server in the UrbanVPN extension, and I am betting that would NOT work for North Cyprus for political reasons.

Someone on Reddit asked almost the same question but was not given an answer. Sorry.

I think that all "Free with Ads" videos are DRM-protected, so only Premium download software like IDM or TubeDigger would work. Sorry.
