I don't think there's subs anywhere but this sounds like one of those movies I'd watch even without subs (The movie is like I think only an hour long roughly? not too long)

I used Subtitle Edit to generate english subtitles. Spent about an hour to fix lines that looked odd in Subtitle Edit. <0.3 seconds etc. But it looks to have done incredibly well at the dialogue.

Youtube is known to be quite strict when it comes to sensitive content i think
