I forgot to name the file sensibly. It's named per the original file and the encode settings. It has english subtitles embedded.
To avoid confusion I removed the 29.97fps version I posted a few days before.

I am pretty sure I could make it "H264" instead of "Mpeg2" but then I am at a loss.
Is the "Welp-1_weakdenoise_5100k_film" right? And it is now 1080p instead of 1080i?

Yeah, 1080p, 23.976/24 fps. The 5100k was a reminder of what I used as a 2pass data rate kbit setting for the encode.
But just "Transfer Student - I Are You, You Am Me (1982)"
I like the double meaning of the title "transfer student" - would ordinarily mean a student from another country, visiting on an exchange program or equivalent.
