I don't think the FBI cares about Eva's pictures but of course you should only do what you decide is safe. Der Spiegel was apparently censured by the courts (German article not linked, because I do not want to look for it again) at the time of publication but that seems to have been a big nothing slap on the wrists. It is pretty clear why they do not make the article available NOW, as court rulings have changed in the decades since.

I think you're right.
That's why I've been like this ever since I heard that Maladolecenzza is considered cp. That's why I haven't downloaded it; I'm sure more countries would ban it. A good option is to use video platforms that compete with YouTube and watch that movie.
