Yeah, FLM criteria is anything over 40 minutes in runtime is not a short film (And instead, should be posted in one of the feature film's country forums)

As much as I loathe Hollywood AND agree with the French in their more rational definition of "Short", there is no going back on "rules" now. I moved it to features.
