Walking home with her 12-year-old daughter after midnight on the Fourth of July, Teena crosses paths with some local losers to be brutally gang raped with her daughter Bethie watching. Bethie is able to identify the rapists, but when the rapists hire a hot shot attorney who attacks Teena's character, Dromoor, a local police officer who was first on the scene when police were called, starts to take matters into his own hands.

Anyway, I found this while browsing netflix (I think I will give this a watch)
I watched the trailer and it kinda had me hooked

Yep, that's Talitha Bateman. She was 14 in this film and allegedly 13 in So B. It (2016) (although she looks more like 11 or 12 to me). Doesn't appear to have done anything post-2020 for some reason. There's no indication I'm aware of that she's actually quit the industry ... but five years is a long time to go without work.
