There's the scene where the little girl pees on the carpet in front of the old woman.

Anyway, now that I think about it, I remember that many years ago in 2013 I saw a scene from a film where a woman pees on the face of a little girl lying in the garden and it lasted about 3/5 seconds, I don't remember the title, but it was a comedy film, a woman in her 60s I think.
