That video also has 26 seconds more footage than the YouTube version. From 51:17-51:43 it shows some people walking up dark stairs with Soviet officials (?) and DISCOvering a couple DISCOing under a lampshade:

The YouTube version skips the stairs and the DISCOvery. I find it hard to believe that disco would be a censorship issue.
