Aside from legendary headcase Gary Busey in it, there is also Booger from Revenge of the Nerds and Patrick Star from SpongeBob Squarepants.

Busey is is what sinks this like a lead life-preserver. My heart goes out to him as a person, but to producers and filmmakers that use him for name recognition for this schlock, I harbor the deepest antipathy..
(I regret to say that DO remember I made myself watch the entire movie because I had paid a full $1.99 USD at some gas station DVD bin. Or maybe it was because of the kids I don't remember being in it... Whatever.
