English SDH SRT synced to BluRay rips including mine further below,
apparently back-translated from the German SDH,

The German SDH was included with the BluRay Remux as BluRay PGS so it is probably an official translation from the original English. I also found it as an SRT at opensubtitles.org and in a torrent. In the same torrent were several other languages of SRTs. The Czech standard SRT I am guessing is its own official translation from the English. (I do not know any Czech.) All the other languages were SDH matching the pattern of the German SDH. This included an English SDH. As it is clearly not a word-for-word match to the actual English spoken, I assume it must be a translation of some sort from the German. The Forced English subtitle of a handful of lines is available from a few sources and is mostly for the parts with on-screen German text. (A tortoise that "talks" with words that magically appear on its shell.) I added these forced English potions into the English SDH to make it complete and did minor editing of a handful of lines. Until this film shows up on a streaming site like Tubi or Amazon with English HI captions that someone captures, this is the best I can manage of a subtitle of English for the hearing-impaired.
