Thank you Barrett for the compliment. I've been busy with the site so I'm sorry I wasn't quicker with my appreciation. I suck as a web builder so it takes me hours to update the site each time, but thanks again.

For the few who were curious as to what happened to my site, here is the skinny. I used Veoh, a service similar to youtube, to post preview clips of all the videos offered on my site. This way customers can see what they are purchasing. Veoh shut down my first page and then when I started to put a second one, they shut it down again and notified me that they had received two copyright infringement notices. I actually didn't take these too seriously for I did not believe that they were sent by the original production companies. I actually believe the complaints were sent in by those over at the kawaii15 forums. But being the cautious person that I am, I took the site down while maintaining ownership of the domain name and retaining my merchant account and the like. The site may be back up but am not sure when, if ever. For those with kind words I thank you much and I'll still try to participate in this forum especially if any of you have any technical questions in regards to dvd authoring/burning.

I suggest you put up two sites. One with information only, with links to another, separate commercial site which holds the business end of the deal. Then if the business site is shut down for whatever reason, all you need to do is to set it up again elsewhere and update the links on the main site. Keep the main site as unobjectionable as possible - that will be the gateway to your commercial site, so you don't want that shut down as well. You might even be able to legally distance yourself from the second site.

Might be a good idea to put up links to amazon.com etc. for the movies that are available elsewhere, along with links to your business site, of course. Give the user the choice of buying from whichever site he prefers. Then your main site has some legitimacy as a source of information. Who knows, you might even get some money from amazon.com as well. Or you might be able to undersell them.
