IMDB lists this as country of release Germany/Netherlands. This version bears the USA title of Silent Witness. I'll leave it to admin as to whether the release title should be changed or not.

When Melissa accidentally witnesses a murder, the killers set out to find her and silence the child before she can tell anyone what she's seen. However, the problem is that Melissa can't tell her parents what's going on, as Melissa can't speak.
