A clue to how this works - what it does - I am not LINUX minded !

It is a small live cd used for mainly datarecovery. It can recover lost partions or files, resize partions, clone harddrives, burn dvds etc.
Firefox is also included, as is xine and mplayer (dvd players). Because it runs in memory it is a safe way to learn Linux, without altering your current software. After burning and booting, follow the instructions.
