According to MTV.COM Dakota has let out a little Hounddog Information you can read the FULL Article below!!! Looks like we will be seeing the film soon enough!!!!

"It caused an international ruckus just a few months ago at the Sundance Film Festival thanks to a highly controversial rape scene involving the very underage Dakota Fanning, but "Hounddog" has virtually vanished in the weeks since. Over the weekend, the 13-year-old star told MTV News that the film is finally targeting a release date. "It'll probably be out at the end of the year; maybe the beginning of next year," she revealed. In the meantime, the newly teenage star is getting ready to start "Hurricane Mary," a courtroom drama that will unite Fanning with her 9-year-old sister. "Elle is going to be in it as well, so that's exciting," she said of the film, which also stars heavyweights Chris Cooper and William H. Macy. "It's the story of a mother and her twins." Despite Internet rumors that Hollywood movie magic will be used to bridge the sisters' four-year age gap, Dakota explained that Elle will be the only Fanning visible on camera. "I actually wouldn't be in the movie. I'll be doing some voiceover work," she cryptically clarified. ..."

hey! its been ages that I have been here! so anyway, there is a another news from Hounddog and they are editing the film now! guess what? the "rape scene" have been cut! so I do believe the Hounddog will be release on DVD at the end of this year!

By most reviews it's a bad movie and probably had trouble getting released at all, and the controversy over the rape scene just made it harder to find buyers. If re-editing the movie is needed to get it to us, then that's Ok, especially since some reviews mention potentially more interesting stuff than the rape scene. Maybe they get cut too, we'll just have to see.

So FLL i think you've don't understand me...I try to explain better my point of view.

I not mean that the censorship have cutted the rape scene for i don't know what reason and maybe it cannot view on final movie release but i was mean that i hate censorship cause i think a movie is 1st an OPERA D'ARTE (sorry for italian) and i don't think there is a Director in the world which like that anyone cut his "CREATION" for this reason i think that not must be a CENSORSHIP for nothing but RATED the movie by age permission to view...Obvious the movie it not must be pornographic or involving violence with minors but censorship must not be exist...or in extremly decision the movie not be release or don't know...this is my opinion (Sorry for my bad english)
