What happening???

Anyone can tell me what happening???

From monday 3 i've started to have problems...CIC and Puer.to/gae have access denied for me...more of my lastest pics post with tinypic are all deleted...and i've errors with emule (yesterday crash down and today i've seen it restarted to 0, options etc)...please tell me anything and any suggest is accepted...(or i will take a drastic decision to format my HDD...)

So please help me and reply as soon as possible, thanks in advance to all

Does anyone else have access to your PC or router? Maybe you have a virus or faulty hardware?

No i am the only which have access to my pc...but...i've formatted my pc on 2nd december....and from 3rd i've started to have problems...but i don't have any virus now...but if i try to go to RFF.com i've the access...here i've the access, lostmoviearchive.com i've the access...only with CIC and puer i don't have the access...(only with mozilla+tor) i've the access...But the strange thing was that on 3rd dec i was surfing in both sites CIC and puer...so when i've tried to load another page...appears the errors...
With IE:
for CIC:the error is...impossible to view the page
for puer: is....403 access denied...

Now emule is ok, then i've check spyware or trojans and is all ok...so don't know what happened...

Try playing with the security levels in Internet Explorer. What do you use as Virus software? Make sure it isn't blocking you. Did you try using Firefox without a proxy? (Just to test if your ISP is the culprit.)

Mmmmh i've disabled the proxy on firefox and...surprise...not working...have same problems with IE...

So what is???

Maybe your italian ISP blocks these sites?

If you can only visit those sites with proxy, then it seems very likely your ISP is to blame. This kinda sucks because I can understand why you wouldn't want to complain to your provider about access to those particular sites, totally legal as they may be. You need to find a proxy close to home, or change providers... Here's a list of free Italian proxies I googled up:

There are many other lists too of course. You're lucky you still have access to FLM...

As I already said Art - puer.to requires a valid referrer, if you come via a proxy, there will be no valid referrer it can confirm. Why a proxy anyway - nothing illegal ?

If you use FF, downlaod an addin called refcontrol. Configure with valid referrer and you should be great.

Ok...so now i have a list of proxy...(are they for IE or FF?) and how can used it??

2nd i've downloaded the addin for FF where i do can put this??? in the folder of FF?

3rd You think my isp blocked the access..but why??? and why only these 2???

4th I think i continuing to have access here cause maybe is a forum with user and pass..(but this is only my idea)

5th there's a possibility i am under control by my ISP????....

So for not have any risk now i will use only FF....

Art mentioned he COULD access the sites in question with proxy, only that it was slow. It with a direct connection that he is blocked from what I understand.

@ Art - If you can disable proxy in Firefox, why are you having problems entering a new proxy?

In Firefox - click Tools > Options > Advanced > Network tab > Connection Settings

I entered a bunch of 8's for the example above. If you go to the link I provided, you find a proxy listed as 213.203.143.3:3128. The ":" separates the ip address from the port. You would enter 213.203.143.3 in the HTTP Proxy box, and 3128 in the port box.
