.nrg files

Post by billanben »   0 likes

I have 3 of these which come from a series, what I want to do is put the whole lot on HD and publish, but do I have to burn to CD/DVD first ? Surely is a way of extracting the image direct to disk - when I try through NERO, just offewrs burn.

Hmm, depends on what Nero package you have. The normal Nero package (means not NeroExpress) has "Nero Imagedrive" included, which you can find in the Windows Control Panel. It can mount CD/DVD images like drives, so you can view the content or copy it. 8)

Did it, but contains adware (as antivirus reported), so probably not d/d completely, and consequently doesn´t work properly. Any other ISO viewer/etractor, possibly for free?

Just use Daemon Tools. Handles practically every type of CD/DVD image I have ever seen. :thumbsup

D/d it, but when trying to install I get the message: Inititalization error 2. This program requires at least Windows 2000 with SPTD 1.53 or higher. Kernel debugger must be deactivated.
Wtf does it mean? I´m running XP SP3, so it seems to me some crap.

Did you get an old version or something? The latest version can be found here:
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/downloa ... ry&catid=5

It includes version 1.56 of SPDT.

No, I´m afraid it was the same version, including this SMTP. Will try again, perhaps it was different source.
