Anyone had good/bad experiences with this ?

I know to back up downloads.txt, and preferably the temp folder, other than that, any other tips for upgrading from 0.48a ?

Thanks

As far as I know backing up the Temp folder is a waste of time and space -- if eMule doesn't recognize a .part or a .part.met is corrupt then doesn't load it but otherwise leaves it alone.

As emuler said, the Config folder is a must to backup, though.

How do I stop eMule asking me to update?
I’m happy with my current version!

In 0.48a

Options - General - Startup - Check for new version (every x days using slider). You just need to untick the box db.
