she is back. look while Spears' "Piece of Me" won for best female video, best pop video and video of the year.

Wait a second.....MTV has music videos? I thought they were a bad reality show channel(except for FEAR). Couldn't care less about Britney, and now her little sis is over and done. She may be only 17, but you know that thing won't snap back to it's original snugness.
