My dogs just like to chase them, but whenever they've cornered one they normally back down. They just like to play.

Well, the average litter is 4 to 5 pups for this small breed. Today Valley gave birth to 7 healthy puppies. 4 boys, 3 girls, black and fawn.

7 Lucky Dogs. The first born, a black male has a white 7 on his chest. The 4 blacks are growing twice as fast as the 3 fawn. I've started bottle feeding the fawn to help the mom. The second born, a black girl required CPR, but after a week is as healthy as the other black puppies.

From Valley's last litter of 7, Arthur Fonzarelli, the newest addition to our expanding pug family. Currently 18 weeks, Fonzy is still only one-third normal size of fawn males his age. Due to his rare size and special care needed as a baby, I've opted to keep him.
