Wow. I Amazon-ed it with both US and Canadian Amazon, and all that came up were the Leonard Cohen books...

Weird thing is with this DVD is says it's in French with English subs, but the imdb page says it was filmed in English... Hope it's not a crappy dub...

You'll probably get yours before me. I'll let you handle the ripping!
