what has happened to the view new post-thingy?

I agree that lately it has turned into intermittent shit. Works sometimes. For the last few days I have had to load the forum index page and open each forum that says 'Today' or 'Yesterday' for last post a few times to see what has changed. Definitely not the browser, definitely the site. It seems to me that changing IP addresses has something to do with it, not sure though. Or maybe cookies. Probably most who have problems don't know it, since it just reports 'no new posts' and they think there are actually no new posts.

It is really important that the index page loads in one go. If it stalls for any reason and you have to reload the page, bye-bye new posts.

I have set FF to keep cookies from FLM indefinitely. Maybe that has helped a little.

I also don't tempt fate and once the new posts page has loaded, open the links in new tabs or windows, and leave the list of new posts untouched.

it has been reporting no such page when hitting my short cut for new posts, but suddenly it works now.. over my head to understand why^^
