Unfortunately the information is completely in Czech. I´ll try to translate a synopsis:
Sýkorka (Titmouse) is 8-yrs Danka, she is called this way by her grandpa. Her provincial-town childhood is complicated by the fact that she´s a child from mixed Czech-Slovak marriage, and both of her parents are occupied with their jobs. So Danka spends most of her time with beloved grandpa - carpenter, who teaches her love for manual work, respect for other people and a sense for faithfulness and friendship. Her best friend among her schoolmates is Teo Grossmann, son of rich Jewish merchant. Danka meets on every step absurd national, social and religious barriers. She lives in 1938 and the tension in her town arises. Anti-Czech and anti-Jewish assaults multiply. Danka can´t conceive a difference between her and Teo and the boys from Hitlerjugend, who spend their holidays in this Slovak town. She doesn´t understand that her until present time happy world, just like the world of her parents, of her grandpa and of all honest people is getting destroyed.
All in all imho interesting film.
