If there is even a chance law enforcement is trying to use this site to link members to material they feel is "pedophilic in nature" through email addresses to this site, linkification, or any other means, by all means, delete the account.

That's a possibility.. I don't find anything wrong with a site like this though (Piracy aside :) ).

Safe Surfing Tips:

1) For the Love of God use FIREFOX!

2) Use Eraser 5.87a (Secure file shredder/swap file shredder)

3) Don't bookmark sites you don't want seen

4) Delete your cookies/Cache when browser is closed.

5) Use a proxy. (Optional)

Best of luck to you man I hope you return one day.

Yes, they are but always good to know. Just wish I could find a decent proxy program.

get Anonymizer :cool with this program, it will hide your real IP and use fake IP which means that any website or downloading, they will not know its you and cannot see your real IP! simple as that ;)

Before I would buy Anonymizer's service, I'd subscribe to relakks.com. Similar (disguised IP) but better (not just surfing, p2p included) and potentially safer (servers are not located in the US). There are other similar anonymous VPN services.

Best way's probably the old fashion way for finding proxies in foreign countries. Like China or other countries who dislike westerners. Western countries would not subpoena Yemen for example. Unfortunately, downloads take 5 times longer. :wall

me neither, they then hold your cc details and process your payment which can be easily tracked and traced :wall i've personally never bothered with proxies, these films although not bought are mostly rare and emule serves to archive them, i don't think (and would hope) it would be much interest to LEA's when there's so much more serious stuff out there imo :hand

and besides if they really want to know what you are doing / downloading online, i'm sure it wouldn't be difficult for them to find out proxy or no proxy.

freenet's an option, but then the use of it would probably only serve to arise more interest and suspicion anyways imo
