The title Maman est chez le coiffeur (Mommy is at the hairdresser's) refers to the pretense by the older sister for the sake of her little brother that their mom, who has left their dad, is at the hairdresser and will eventually come home. The sister is played by stunning 14-year-old Marianne Fortier in one of her early roles. Enjoy!

Here are direct links for those who prefer that method or can't use eMule for whatever reason. I wasn't aware there was a German PAL DVD. Also, this may very well be another case where NTSC is the better version because Canada uses that format. Latin American films are also released in NTSC and when there's a PAL version it's often no better, sometimes a little worse. Of course you never know until you compare the two (assuming they both exist).
